Provide and share information
Hugo House always respects the personal information security of users. Hugo House understands that users who provide their personal information to receive consultation and register for learning, need to keep their personal information safe. Therefore, Hugo House is committed to using this information with the highest sense of responsibility. Hugo House does not disclose the personal information of users to any other organization/person, excepted:
- We have users’ agreements or we informed users in advance.
- We are required, from time to time, to provide personal information of users to State agencies, courts or other competent legal entities. However, Hugo House only provides such information within permitted scope by law.
Collect personal information
Hugo House collects your personal information from the following sources:
- Information on the application form for counseling, school enrollment or other forms of information (information including name, address…).
- Information from consumer research organizations.
- Information provided by people visiting this site and participating in contests or promotions (online/phone or directly at the center). We only collect information from volunteer individuals. Information will be used to send notices/referrals for courses and other marketing materials that we deem appropriate to the needs of individuals. We may also invite individuals visiting this site to participate in market research/surveys and other similar activities.
Use of information
The purpose of Hugo House upon request, collection and storage of your personal information is to:
- Support Hugo House better in serving as well as taking care of users.
- Support Hugo House to identify users and secure their personal information and learning information at Hugo House.
- Help Hugo House seize the user’s English learning needs to provide the right course.
- To comply with the provisions of the current law.

All Hugo House employees are thoroughly instructed in the importance of keeping the information secure. Within Hugo House, only competent staffs will access to customer information to provide the services required by the users. We also apply confidentiality procedures in order to ensure the security of our learners’ personal information.
Hugo House regularly updates to apply the latest advances in security and encryption technology. However, the transmission of data over the Internet cannot have absolute safety. Therefore, although Hugo House makes effort to keep the information secure, we cannot guarantee the absolute safety of your information. When the information is sent to Hugo House, we will take the necessary steps to ensure the security of the personal information in our system. When learners are no longer studying at Hugo House, we will respect the security of personal information as described above.
Security guarantees
Hugo House always applies the highest safety standards to protect the benefits of learners. When setting a username and password, learners should avoid using information that is easily identifiable such as name, address, telephone number and date of birth.

All designs, logos, images and other information on this website are the intellectual property of Hugo House. Any copy, alteration, storage, transfer, reproduction, distribution, use of any part of this material for commercial or public purposes without the written permission of Hugo House is strictly forbidden. Hugo House does not guarantee that emails sent to us over the Internet will be guaranteed. Hugo House will not be responsible for any damages suffered by the user if the user sends the email to us, or if Hugo House sends the email over the Internet to the user as requested. Hugo House is not responsible in any way for any direct, indirect, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use of this site.
Adjustment
The Terms and Conditions may be updated from time to time by posting a notice on this website.
Commitment to implementation and settlement of disputes
The two parties undertake to strictly comply with these Terms and Conditions. Any disagreements arising during the implementation process will be resolved in accordance with the principles of negotiation and conciliation. If the disagreement can not be resolved by the conciliation procedure, the dispute will be settled by the competent court.
Applicable law
These Terms and Conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Vietnam. All Terms and Conditions are governed by the Vietnamese and English languages. In the event of any conflict between the two texts, The Vietnamese version will be used.

Hugo House is not responsible for the collection of information of non-Hugo House web sites as you access our site. We do not guarantee the behavior of third-party cookies or whether third parties that set cookies may compromise your personal information.
